Best Tweets of the Day

We're going to try a new regular feature on the Ibex Earth blog, trawling through Twitter and nabbing the best five tweets of the day from environmental organisations and not-for-profits and the occasional one that makes us laugh too.

Would definitely recommend following them too if you have a Twitter account, and of course you can follow us @ibexearth - we do have the odd good tweet (honest!).

@EcoInteractive - Californian dolphin gang caught killing porpoises http://bit.ly/lax5WO

@Earth_News - Barack Obama, the carbon president Bill McKibben http://bit.ly/jwdxLS @guardian

@zsllondonzoo - Zoo Lates at ZSL London Zoo Hope you are all looking forward to the 1st Zoo Lates tonight - weather looks... http://fb.me/13bImUzyr

@JaneGoodallInst - How To Prevent Rainforest Destruction: Protect, Plant, & Pay (via @fastcompany): http://bit.ly/jQCidi

@EcoInteractive - New technology enables scientists to map rainforest biodiversity by airplane http://bit.ly/m7Js2T

Have a feeling that EcoInteractive could feature quite heavily on this list over time!
